WHEN DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?

All orders are shipped out within 24-72 hours after the order is placed. There are exceptions if a product is out of stock or is on backorder. You will be notified if a product is out of stock or on backorder on the product page, cart page, and on your confirmation email. If you buy a product on backorder, it can take longer than the listed shipping time.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

We ship all of our products from our warehouse in the United States. If you live in the United States, you can expect your products to arrive within 3-5 business days once your order is marked as 'completed'.
